Burnside is one of the suburbs that grew out of the Caroline Springs development, according to Victorian Places. At the 2021 Census it had about 5,800 residents, a median age of 37, the highest in the eastern suburbs, and only about 10 per cent of homes were rented. About 14 per cent of occupied homes were townhouses or semi-detached. Settled owners with established gardens are the typical Burnside landscaping job.
Melton Landscaping does not do landscaping. Your request goes to a local landscaper who works Burnside.

Registration and permits
Planting, turf and garden maintenance are not registered work in Victoria. Walls, paving, decks and other structural work under a domestic building contract worth more than $10,000 must be carried out by a practitioner registered with the Building and Plumbing Commission, so ask who is registered and whether anything needs a building permit.
